The benefits of yoga for singers are well known: improving posture, stretching and relaxing tense muscles, deeper and more useful breathing, improving focus and concentration and helping to create a more receptive mind and enhancing the state of wellbeing that singing already provides.

It is planned to have an optional daily yoga practice before breakfast, run by Laura Shipsey who teaches in Brighton. This will be an additional cost (TBA).
